February 25, 2010. Susan Bennett, from Cardiology Associates P.C., joins The Heart Truth panel discussion at the Newseum in Washington D.C. The panel focused on heart health in multicultural communities. Attendees included a mix of prestigious medical groups and community health organizations, including the Association of Black Cardiologists, National Latina Health Network, Department of Health and Human Services' Office on Women's Health, United States Department of Agriculture's National Institute of Food and Agriculture, Women Heart, and National Urban League. Monday, February 22nd, 2010. Sister to Sister. The Women's Heart Health Foundation (WHP) is sponsored an International Cardiologist Development Program. The George Washington University Hospital's Women's Heart Program will be hosting this event in Washington, DC. Dr. Susan Bennett will be taking participants on a tour of the hospital and providing information about the WHP. The event will also feature a group of local primary care physicians. Thursday, February 11th, 2010. Dr. Stuart Seides joins NPR news host Michele Norris in a discussion on the health status of former President Bill Clinton. Following a recent hospitalization, doctors in New York performed a coronary procedure on the 42nd president.
